Selection of Raw Material Suppliers
To ensure the quality of raw materials and prevent substandard products from entering the factory, it is essential to select qualified raw material suppliers first. This includes reviewing the suppliers' qualifications, production processes and capabilities, on-time delivery rates, and quality pass rates, etc.
Incoming Raw Materials Check
Check the appearance, dimensions, quality documents and etc. according to the inspection standards for incoming raw materials, and maintain quality inspection records.
Semi-finished Products Check
After key processes are completed, semi-finished products are inspected by verifying their dimensions and appearance against drawings to ensure that non-conforming items do not proceed to the next stage.
Finished Products Check
After all processes of the products are completed, all critical dimensions of the finished products will be measured and verified according to the drawings. Under good lighting conditions, the surfaces of the finished products shall be inspected for defects such as dents, scratches, rust, and burrs. Functional components shall be checked and tested to ensure that all parts are functioning properly. Meanwhile, the markings on the finished products are checked to ensure they are clear, durable, and free from blurring or detachment.
Package Check
After passing the final inspection, the products must be ensured clean, free from oil stain or dust before packaging. A suitable packaging plan shall be customized based on the project schedule and transportation methods, including the selection of packaging and protective materials, to ensure the products are adequately protected under normal transportation conditions. Each package shall be attached with a packing list and a shipping mark (if required by the client).
Loading Check
After the products are loaded into containers or onto trucks, all packages must be checked to ensure it is securely fastened inside to prevent falling down or damage during transit.
