Solutions
1. Applicable Scenarios
Cold areas with high requirements for thermal insulation
2. Thermal Insulation Measures
(1) Passive Doors and Windows (101 Series): heat transfer coefficient of the whole window/door ≤ 1.1W/(K·㎡).

(2) Thermal Measures:
a) 64mm wide PA66GF25 thermal break is adopted.
b) Polyurethane foam strips with excellent thermal insulation performance are used between thermal breaks.
c) The glass is filled with self-adhesive PE foam strips to block the cold air outdoors.
d) The glass is made of high-permeability glass with a thickness of 47mm and a U-value of no more than 0.7W/(K·㎡). The insulation strip is a super spacer with a warm edge.
e) EPDM (foam type) gaskets are used to achieve better thermal insulation under the premise of meeting the sealing.
f) Concealed hinges are used to improve the airtightness of doors and windows and reduce the heat loss at the same time.
